About Dr. Tameer
Dr. Tameer Siddiqui is a licensed clinical psychologist offering fully virtual psychotherapy for adults. She works particularly well with thoughtful, high-functioning people who may appear composed externally while privately navigating stress, grief, trauma, relationship changes, burnout, questions of identity or meaning, and other significant life transitions.
Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. She integrates cognitive-behavioral and
psychodynamic foundations with transpersonal and Jungian perspectives, EMDR, somatic resourcing, and attention to attachment and nervous-system regulation.
Treatment is tailored to the individual and can include both practical symptom relief and deeper exploration of the patterns, stories, and experiences shaping a person’s life.
