The SAMS Scholarship Fund was created to help survivors and SAMS clients pursue education, training, or certification
that improves their ability to become financially independent and safe.

This form is specifically for people requesting scholarship / education support through the SAMS program.

Funding is limited and not all requests can be granted, but we review each application with care.
