Community Outreach & Resource Navigator
Connecting people to help and hope
Resource Navigators help clients and families access housing, food, legal aid, disability supports, behavioral health,
and healthcare navigation. You’ll listen deeply, map needs, and walk beside people as they connect with trusted
partners across Arizona—prioritizing those facing poverty, discrimination, disability, and systemic barriers.
Overview
Volunteers use Antara’s referral network and accessibility resources to coordinate care and reduce barriers.
We serve low-income families; BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities; disabled and neurodivergent individuals;
immigrants and undocumented people; unhoused and justice-involved neighbors; and veterans.
